You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any mpood services. By registering, you represent and warrant that:
To create an account, you must provide a valid email address, mobile phone number, full legal name, date of birth, and residential address. You may be required to complete KYC verification by submitting government-issued identification (Indonesian National ID / KTP), proof of address, and a selfie verification photo. Accounts found to contain false information will be suspended immediately, and any funds may be forfeited.
Each user is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery feature rather than creating a new account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mpood will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, even if unauthorized. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support at [email protected].
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings. 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring a time-based verification code from your mobile device in addition to your password.
You must notify mpood immediately if your personal details change, including your name, address, phone number, or email address. Failure to update your information may result in delays to withdrawals or account verification.
mpood accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga), e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay), and international payment cards (Visa, Mastercard where available). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000; maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
Bank transfers and e-wallet deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends may take up to 24 hours. mpood does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to meeting any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed. Standard withdrawal processing time is 12–24 hours; VIP members receive priority processing (Gold tier: 1–2 hours; Diamond tier: under 30 minutes).
Before processing your first withdrawal, mpood will verify your identity through KYC procedures. You must provide a clear copy of your government-issued ID, proof of address dated within the last three months, and a selfie holding your ID. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if KYC documents are not provided or if discrepancies are found.
Standard members may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per month. VIP members have higher limits based on their tier. If you wish to withdraw amounts exceeding your tier limit, contact support to arrange a custom withdrawal schedule.
mpood is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transaction patterns, request additional documentation, and report activity to relevant authorities. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering will be permanently closed, and funds will be frozen pending investigation.
Bonuses and promotions are awarded at mpood's discretion and are subject to specific terms published on the promotion page. Bonuses may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. Not all users are eligible for all promotions; eligibility depends on account status, deposit history, and jurisdiction.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10–20%, live casino 10%.
When playing with an active bonus, you may not place bets exceeding Rp 25,000 per spin or round until wagering requirements are met. Bets exceeding this limit will void the bonus and any associated winnings.
mpood reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, reverse-betting strategies, using software or bots to clear wagering requirements, or collusion with other players. Users found abusing bonuses will have their accounts suspended.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring your bet selections and stake amounts are correct before confirmation. mpood is not liable for user error in bet placement. If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical malfunction or incorrect odds display, we reserve the right to void the bet and refund the stake.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing sports body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). If a match is postponed, bets remain valid for 48 hours; if the match does not resume within 48 hours, bets are voided and stakes refunded. For football betting, bandar bola (bookmaker) markets, mix parlay (accumulator) rules, and voor bola (handicap) mechanics follow standard industry conventions; full rules are available in the Sports Betting section of our FAQ.
All live casino games are streamed from licensed studios using professional dealers and certified equipment. RNG (Random Number Generator) games, including slots and table games, use independently tested and certified RNG systems to ensure fairness. RTP percentages are published for every game and reflect long-term statistical return. Individual session results may vary due to volatility.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or disconnection during play, mpood will investigate and settle the round according to the game provider's malfunction policy. If a round cannot be fairly settled, stakes will be refunded.
mpood services are available only to individuals aged 21 and over. We employ age verification measures during registration and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately, and funds will be forfeited.

You may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
mpood reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these terms. During an investigation, we may temporarily freeze the account, restrict withdrawals, or request additional documentation. If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently suspended, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once an account is closed, all personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
mpood strives to provide continuous service availability; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily disrupt service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
Many games on mpood are provided by third-party developers. While we select reputable providers with certified RNG systems, we are not liable for game malfunctions, errors, or disputes arising from third-party content. All game-related complaints should be directed through our support team for investigation.
You are responsible for ensuring your internet connection and device are secure. mpood is not liable for losses resulting from viruses, malware, hacking, or unauthorized access to your device or network.
mpood's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content on the mpood platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual materials, is the property of mpood or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without explicit written permission from mpood. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
If you submit content to mpood (such as chat messages, forum posts, or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display that content for platform operation and marketing purposes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpood operates. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
If you have a complaint or dispute with mpood, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue internally. Most disputes can be resolved through our internal complaint process within 14 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by mpood. Arbitration decisions are final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to resolve disputes with mpood on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
